In memory of...
my dad
My parents were born in Uganda. When they moved from the UK to The Netherlands, my father Parbat opened a shop Shive Afrotex selling African fabrics in Antwerp on Koningin Astridplein in 2002. It had always been his dream to have his own business selling African fabrics. Sadly, he passed away one year after and my mother’s wish was to restart the business. My ambition was to have a webshop so fulfilling my parents dream also fulfilled mine.
“A father’s dream, a daughter’s mission”
The letter P in our logo not only stands for President Fabrics, it is also a tribute to my late father. He will always be with us.
