Shipping & returns

Orders are dispatched within 3 days (excluding weekends, holidays and action days) after receipt of payment. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a Track&Trace by email.

Please note that President Fabrics is not responsible for local rules. The incoterms used internationally are EX WORKS or Delivery Duty Unpaid (EXW, DDU). Shipping charges include handling, packaging and postage costs. Administration fees are fixed, while transport fees vary and depend on the total weight of the package. We ship using the most convenient option available with Track&Trace.

Different rates are applied depending on the destination country. Shipping costs are calculated during check-out.

We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days, if in stock. After dropping off the parcel at the post office, it is in their hands when it will be delivered. Should we be unable to meet the expected delivery time for any reason, you will be notified by email. However, the maximum delivery time is 30 days after receipt of payment. If the delivery time exceeds 30 days, the buyer has the right to terminate the agreement. No costs will be charged for this. If items are no longer available, you will be informed as soon as possible by email and the amount paid will be refunded to your account, unless you want another item.

One of our delivery partners may be delayed due to a disruption or strike. Bank holidays or the current Corona measures may also affect the delivery time. President Fabrics is not responsible for any delays and is dependent on courier companies. Please check all updates through the Track&Trace code. Is it unclear why your package is late? We make every effort to deliver the parcel to the address provided. If the address is incorrect, the parcel is refused or not picked up at a pick-up location, shipping costs must be paid at all times.

It can happen that courier companies or the delivery driver do not keep to the delivery period or are extremely busy during special days. As long as you have not received an email from us, the delay is not our fault. You will always receive a Track&Trace mail from us which you can use to track your parcel. If your parcel has the status 'delivered', but this is not the case then this must be communicated to the webshop within 3 days by email to info@presidentfabrics.com. After 6 days the guarantee expires and we can no longer refund the package.

Not satisfied with your purchase? Email us at info@presidentfabrics.com within 14 days of receiving your package stating your name, order number and reasons for your return.

Products can only be returned if they are unused and complete with the original packaging, tags and stickers. Products that have been washed, damaged, worn or the tags have been removed cannot be returned. The seal at the bottom of the fabric must not be loosened.

Items that do not meet the above conditions remain your property. These items will be returned to you and the costs incurred will be charged to you.

Made-to-measure items cannot be returned for example custom cut 2/4 yards length.

If you are returning all items and you have received a gift item it must also be returned. If you do not include it in the returns, you will be charged for the item. If you have any queries, you can always contact us and we will be happy to give you details of all items.

Shipping costs for returns are payable by the customer.

Preferably use the shipping box in which you received your product(s) from us, provided it is in good condition. Do you no longer have your shipping box? Is it no longer in a good condition? We advice you use the sturdiest cardboard shipping box possible.

Returns are at your own risk: we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. For your records ship with Track&Trace as proof of shipment.

Once we have received your package and it has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email and you will be refunded your monies.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have ordered multiple items and keep one or more items then your shipping costs will not be refunded.
